2023 Young African Entrepreneur Economic Forum-Freetown, Sierra Leone
The Young African Entrepreneur Economic Forum (AYBEF) held its 2nd Edition in the middle of January in Freetown, hosting young entrepreneurs from across Sierra Leone and African diaspora experts from Germany. The main objective of the conference was, "To highlight the importance of the diaspora in the development of the African continent and in the promotion ofโMade in Africaโ products". Of particular emphasis was addressing the priority for youth employment through the development of Entrepreneurship skills and with the support of the diaspora.
Dr. Kwabena Obiri Yeboah attended and led a session entitled, "Sustainable Business Acceleration - The Effectual Way" emphasizing the learnable skills and capital efficient mindset of Effectuation. The session had elements of a pitch competition and an Effectual Dinner.
