Using the Effectual Process for Students’ Own Projects

At IMD, we use effectuation as a foundation to work people through their own projects or initiatives.

The range of these projects is very broad, from the creation of a new product, to a re-design of an organization, to the development of a social innovation.  After running 60+ people/projects through it – I can say that it generalizes pretty effectively and facilitates as well as it teaches.
